3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in our quotations or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may attract interest and suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, reports, drawings, specifications, and other deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of our engagement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
